One time when my brother was about 6 months old, we took him to the doctor for a check up. My dad started making funny faces to keep my brother entertained. When the doctor saw this, he turned to my dad and dryly explained; "at this age all they can see is simple colors and shapes."
To which my dad replied; "what the fuck else is there?"
Along the same line, the act of thinking is nothing more than a series of notes and pictures.
